Making a wish come true
Who hasn't dreamed of a Disney World vacation, no matter their age? If you want to get the most out of your Disney vacation, planning is the most important step.
For a hassle-free trip, choose from the many Disney vacation packages available. Most travel agencies offer different attractive packages which can be conveniently booked online.
When is the Big Day?
This question always comes first. Planning should be done at least a month before you want to leave, because in most cases, the earlier one books for a trip the more affordable it is.
The time of the year is also one important consideration. To experience the coolest events and attractions, holidays and summer breaks will be the best time to have a great Walt Disney Orlando vacation. If you want to avoid the crowds, it's best to schedule going to Disney during off-seasons, such as in the fall or after the holidays.
Walt Disney World has several theme parks, a couple of water parks and more. It is impossible to see and enjoy all those attractions in one day, so you'll want to look into accommodations. Disney World has a lot of beautiful resorts to offer. On-site resorts offer more perks such as the Extra Magic Hours, exclusive only for guests staying in a Disney World resort.
But, of course, if budget is a major consideration, there are numerous hotels and resorts outside Disney World that are also very comfortable. Just make sure that there will be shuttle or car service going back and forth to the parks.
The question now is how to get to Orlando. Will it be by airplane or car? If it is the latter, make sure that your car is well tuned- and gassed-up. If by air, check airline rates and book your flight as early as possible to enjoy lower seat prices. Don't forget to arrange airport transfers with the chosen resort or hotel.
At this point, everything is almost ready. Enjoy the anticipation of the big day and don't forget to pack your camera to capture all the wonderful moments with the Walt Disney characters!
